Not to rain on the parade, but it's not coming in weeks to live. Spells aren't all in game, much less in the beta. It's coming to the PTR in the coming weeks, but won't be to live for at least 2 months (1 month till PTR and 1 month till live) at the earliest. One of the devs, Tigole, confirmed this, but be damned if I can find his post now.
