if its incorrect, wouldnt every single group of 5 players achieve 2000+ by making 1500 and disband them whenever things got difficult ? According to what u think it's correct a 2100 rated player would be matched against a 1500 player because he has a 1500 team
I don't quite follow your reasoning. Personal rating is always team-bound, it doesn't transfer between teams.
