I am going to start boxin 3 toons.(New to multibox) I currently have my main account,I have a 2nd account both are old before RAF.So..do I need to buy 2 accounts to RAF?..and do they both link to my orig acct with my 70?Or do I only need one account to RAF?

You will need 2 new accounts if you want to RAF them to one of your old (vet) accounts.

Does this promotion only apply to new subscribers? Can I recruit someone using a Scroll of Resurrection?

This promotion is valid only for new accounts created using an Authentication Key from an email invitation sent from the Recruit-A-Friend webpage. Therefore, you cannot recruit someone who is also participating in the Scroll of Resurrection promotion.
