I don't understand - how is $40 per battlechest cheaper than $29.99 for a BC license? Do I get some sort of refund on my initial vanilla wow purchase?

The problem is my 4 clone accounts already have vanilla wow purchased (from the wow website) so I only need 4 copies of BC...
