Best Powerleveling spot?

Where is the best area to powerlevel using the method : Low level tags high level eliet mob, ungrouped party kills it...... low level recieves full exp......


in other words, where are all the level 69-70 eliets outside of instances that are farmable with my t6 warrior or with my group of 70 shamans

I think in a recent patch they made most of the elites outside of instances non elite, limiting the places where you can do this. I can't think of any good places now. Maybe in the blasted lands by the portal?

Isn't there around a 5 level difference xp cap? If you've got a low level group (lvl 40 for example) tagging lvl 65+ elites, won't they get the same XP as if they had tagged lvl 45 elites?
Are the giants in northwest hellfire peninsula still elite? What about the giants in northern Netherstorm?

Mobs need to con green to the L70 to award full XP to the low levels. So as low as L62 is acceptable.

You can search for Elite mobs on wowhead and go by zone or by level. The only camps I know of offhand in the outside world are the elite giants in HFP and Netherstorm.
