Im a little diff since I dont use any progs to help me multi box. I have 5 comps 5 screens and 3 keyboards. If you have this set up hardware wise, you dont need any addons to work it or any multi box software. I use ctra, omen threat meters, swstats atm for addons.
1 kb for the tank 1 kb for the priest and 1 for the 3 mages
for sheeping i have :
ctrl q ctrl a ctrl z for focus for mages 1 2 and 3
so i assist for cc target 1 ctrl q, assist for target 2 ctrl a, assist for target 3 ctrl z
then I have sheep tied to 1 key (in my case the 9 key) so I pull with tank then hit the 9 key all targets sheeped.. then pull rest of non cced mobs away from sheeped targets and assist burn them down..make sure to resheep thru out the fight (dont have to target just hit the 9 key everyonce in a bit between nukes)
for healing I have the priest on my right hand keyboard and just have a couple of simple macroes..
6 = /target <tank> /follow
2= /assist
3= big heal
ctrl 2 = renew
ctrl 3 = binding heal
main reason I like a priest for boxing healing is for prayer of healing (large grp heals) so dont have to target the grp to heal non tanks usually-- or i can use the priests mouse to target certain grp memem other than the tank.
Main reason I use a pally (tho I have used a warr tank for longer) is the lack of needing to tab target thru tank targets to get solid aggro on all non cced mobs (tho with the thunder clap changes a warr can keep most mobs off the prist if just regular healing)
drawback to pally is you cast consecrate which is an ae dot..make sure to get your mobs cced and the rest of them moved away before casting this-- kinda of the same with warr and thunderclap.
.. hope this answers your pm's heh
(also have a /focus /shackle set up for cc if needed)
