A question about questing macro

Can you make an macro that accept and turn and then choose the same quest reward as my main or do I have to swap between all the time? Also, when it comes to quest items you should pick up, any macro there so I don't need to swap? or is there mabye an addon that does that for you.. cause I've seen other boxers that do that..
