Dual Monitor 5 boxing with 1 PC

Ok here is my problem and although alot of reading has made me try a few things I am still stumped.

I'm running a double monitor setup (Primary 22 inch for my main toon) and (17 inch for my 4 slaves)

I stretched my desktop and I believe my resolution is (Primary is 1680X1050) and (Slave is 1280X1024). So if I stretch I get 2880X1024

So I have my main toons Maximizer settings in Keyclone set to 1680X1024 on display 1 and then my slaves all set to 640X512

Now for my problem. When I use keyclone to enter the game my main toons screen is all "stretched" and doesn't look right. I look at the actual in game video settings and the resolution is set to 1280X1024. My slaves screens all are fine in this setup but I'm not sure how to fix my main toons. I went into that folder (all seperate wow folders) and editted the gxresolution to 1680X1024 but when I launch wow from keyclone it just resets.

Anyone have an idea?
