Ventrilo push to talk not working while using keyclone any suggestions?

Ok here is my problem,

I am trying to do arena with my three box Shaman using keyclone. For some reason if Ventrilo is in the background, my push to talk button does not work. When I bring Ventrilo up to the foreground the push to talk button works again. I am not the most computer savvy person so If anyone can explain to me how to fix this little error it would be greatly appreciated. I tried putting my push to talk button on the do not pass list but that did not solve the problem. I did some searching on the forums and saw some other people had this problem but I did not see an answer for it that I understood. I saw someone mention something about putting ventrilo on a white list but, I have no idea what that means or how to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I don't piss off my arena team mates anymore by not being able to talk to them lol

mke sure to run ventrilo as administrator as well as keyclone (right-click/run-as admin)

you could just get rid of push to talk and have one less button to press. Headsets are great for this. It is how I run my setup and there is a nice mute button on the side of the headset.

Just an idea cause then there is one more button you can use for macros :P

Running ventrilo as administrator did the trick thank you so much for the help!
