need a goal - lost my focus

my playtime has been very limited in the last month since I hit lv 70. Since the goal of hitting 70 was reached and the hours at work have increased, I seem to be drifing and losing my way and focus in the game. My tank now has a def of 490, but health is still under 10lk. My shammy have 2 pieces of PVP gear, but not much else.

I want more pvp gear, but getting 20 tokens from WSG, AB and EOTS for the nice merciless items seems to take forever.

So while I keep doing welfare epics in pvp, I want to get some better pve gear for my pally and shammy (dps + healing gear).

If you look at my profile, where should I start and what should be my first goal?

I'd be looking at doing heroics myself. Instances are are a good way to break up the pvp monotony.
