AFAIK if you connect 2 keyboards to a computer when you hit W on either keyboard you only get a W. I would certainly be interested to hear if there is anyway to get a different keystroke from a second keyboard. I am sure it is possible with programmable keyboards but as you are doing this to save money, I doubt that would be in your budget.
