I am thinking I should roll one of my shammy as resto spec to try an instance with Resto and to prepare for heroics. My tank now has 490 def and I want to give it a go and get some badges. The question I have is first about the spec and second the gear.

Does anyone have a link to a good resto spec build for boxing, and secondly is it worth it with only +700 healing/damage? I will not be getting any 7000 heals from that I am afraid
