    Default warrior + palla multi macros - key setup?

    i just started to lvl up a pally and warrior and was woundering what macros i would need to heal tank - heal self and buffs etc. can any one help me plz...
    Dualboxing magex2 Pyroblast (rank 6) x2
    708 to 898 Fire damage and an additional 268 Fire damage over 12 sec.
