I saw that yesterday. all this time I have been searching all over the place and I finally saw that last night right before I went to work. I saw something about limiting fps but the person didn't state how to do it. I thought it was a feature of keyclone or something. Finally saw it was a console command which allowed me to actually search for it on google with half a chance of finding something relavent and I found a blue post in the blizzard forums talking about it. I have yet to try it out since the realms are down for maintence, but I am going to give it a shot later.
