out of curiosity... do you have 'strict' checked or unchecked in your do-not-pass list?
setup:
single machine, win xp
do-not-pass: [x] strict [x] white-list

for example:
party stands, i press "control+a" for small movment to the left,
they start running ... until i press "control+a" again, other keys don't help.
