Possibly the biggest patch for dual boxers due to the exp boost on quests and the reduced XP on each level.
So report your findings here!

Thanks for the heads up!
I would begin testing, but I have to set up all of my toos again after reformatting the HD.
I will post here if I get around to testing.

LOTS of UI changes in this patch, too. Stuff for mail, the AH and a few other tweaks that sound pretty neat. But, (lol...you knew there was gonna be a "but") I'm betting that 2.3 will break the shit out of a whole bunch of useful addons out there. CT_core/CT_mailmod, AuctionFilterPlus, bag mods and Mr. Plow at least.
What I'm REALLY looking forward to is the doubling of in-FSR mana regen for casters. That should make a very nice difference.
Now playing: WoW (Garona)
"- All old world dungeons have had their loot revisited. Players will
now find that all loot dropped inside instances will be of Superior
quality. "
This is interesting. I'm going to have to download the client and check this out.

Well considering most of the things in 56+ instances were Blues already... it probly targets the 56- instances (DM/VC/SFK/RFD/etc...)
with the exception of a few greens here and there in the 56+ ones like shcolo and strat , etc...
will still be interesting not to instance for 1+ hours and get a green out of it lol, also means better DE output and more gold out of vendoring and DE'ing lower level drops.
I think the real problem is that even in the instances the gear was usually the recommended level MINUS 5.
Very much the problem I have always had with the drop system. In outlands they fixed it to a point but in the old world most drops are junk for a character able to fight the mobs
What I look forward to:
* Guild banks (easy way of relaying stuff from one toon to another without actually meeting or waiting an hour for the mail)
* all those little interface improvements
* ZA
What I'll hate:
* Bliz breaking all my addons, keybindings and macros - I'll have to spend hours before everything is up and running again and even then I'll have situations where I wipe because some key or macro does something different and in the heat of the battle I cannot find out whats going on.
If I interpreted the patchnotes correctly, drainlife will be buffed with up to 40% increased damage from soul siphon talent. Could be interesting (edit: insane) for those boxing 4xlocks/priest for example.
Also fireball and frostbolt are unnerfed back to pre-tbc coefficients.
WTF? RUN! Wow Multiboxing Blog
I tried a short test of the experience modifier. My mages are level 24, so no quest bonus'. Mob kills were the same, but the amount to level was changed from 31,700 to 27,200 to go from 24 to 25...roughly 14%.
Very gross test but just wanted to get an idea. I'm not going to spend time testing them up to 30, so I x-ferred my lvl 38 toons over. I'll wait to see what they have to say for the quest exp modifier.
Edit/Update: Level 39 to 40 changed from 85,700 to 70,200 exp points (roughly 18% less).
Ran SM 1 time. Didn't see any loot changes, but I heard from posts on the WOW forums that Doan has a chance to drop an Epic ring. Will have to check it out.
