Error 203 When Creating RAF Account

I'm getting a 203 error whenever I try to make a new RAF account at the verify section of the account creation process. I'm not even to the point of adding a credit card or upgrading to my battlechest I bought. And now Blizz seems mum on why it won't let me create any new accounts. I tried from 6 different computers with Safari, Firefox, and IE all with cleared caches, etc. Any ideas?

All of these computers go through the same router or using the same credit card info? This is one of the flags Blizzard uses to prevent gold farming. You could use another CC, PayPal or a Time-Card to get the others activated or just wait (unknown how long) and try again. I addedmore accounts after my initial three but the last two were a week later.

Thanks a lot guys, that actually helped more than I expected. Not only did I figure it out and get my 3 new accounts up and running, but I also found a nasty little virus that snuck it's way onto my machine. It had locked all of my network settings, making it so I couldn't change my ip, or even see the other computers on the network. Now it's gone and everything's back to normal.
