Should be doable. I personally just hit my DNP Override key and /use [item] or /equip [item]... a clever mod could make it so a alt-click would broadcast a use and a shift click could broadcast an equip command...

im also using the DNP override and /use /equip atm, but would love to see the addon and that alt(or other)-click option would be really nice.
