Well, if you already got the shamans, i would really consider the 1 priest&4 locks team.
Always fun to have 20 dots up in 4 seconds ^^

Do something no one else has done. 5 resto druids, imagine trying to kill that. Ret pallies, anything melee? If someone can do 5 rogues I don't see why you can't do 5 feral druids. How about 5 boomkins?

5 boomkins lack synergy, since you only need 1 aura.
Priests and locks are nice synergy.
    I think I wanna do 5 hunters, with 1 marksman and 4 BM's.
Currently not boxing, info below is not really relevant.

I take it you make the priest shadow spec and the locks demo? Nothing like 4 felguards

Personally I would do 3 BM 1 marks 1 survival. The Expose Armor debuff would be a nice thing to have in a combo such as that.

I have 5 BM hunters. I used to use 2 ravagers (DPS), 1 boar(charge), 1 flyer(screech) and 1 wolf(furious howl). I loved it. I had all but birds growl on and they traded aggro perfectly. Everyone got a tiny bit hurt, but with spirit bond, all got healed automagically. Also with my mend pet and Draenei Gift of the Naaru, I could heal just about anything. Now, I changed to all ferocity pets to prepare for WotLK. Now, 2 wolves, 1 flyer, 1 hyena (50% slow) and 1 tallstrider (AOE 1 attack miss). I basically have no tank and no healer, just share aggro enough that healing done over time helps enough that no one gets hurt. Plus my pets can pretty much solo anything, I just have tap it to make sure I get credit for the kill since they die so fast.

I always wanted to do 5 locks. I don't care about healers. If you want a healer, do a mixed group. I would do them now, but already have shammies and hunters. And I want to save spots for DK's in WotLK. Maybe 5 stealthers might be fun and if they could do other things also like heal, so I would do like 5 feral/resto (about 1/2 of each) druids. Maybe 4 warriors and 1 healer. Imagine like 4 windfuries going off and having 4 tanks. Just do what fits with you, you will have to level them up. Have fun.

i would suggest a combi pack.

5 X class type is our "easy mode" fairly simple macro setting ect (ofcause you can get complicated and do alot of stuff if you like )

    so try
    1 X class + 4 X class
    1 X class tank, 1 x class healer, 3 x DPS
    ect
make it more challenging and see how you do (ofcause it all depend on what you find fun )

    "fun" groups
5 X Hunter, also knowned to the world as the 10 man group
1 x priest, 4 X Warlock, I is dying to try this myself as i use to play an afflic warlock and cant wait to try out 4 of them (and ofcause 4 felguard should be tried too)
5 X paladin, wierd combo for me. but i could see the fun and also a big challenge with alot of melee but im guessing there is some AOE dmg in this group with Consencrate and some burst with "Angel Wings" + stun + seal of command and a crusader strike x nr. of retri.
5 x mage or the 1 x priest, 4 x mage, Similar to the warlock group but bigger burst dmg imo and better AOE possiblities, but less survivability because of no tank and cloth.
5 X druid, "What is natur's call?" the person screaming when 5 moonkins are showing him the nice lightshow of moonfire. if you ever get tired of running instances, doing quests, Then there is always the option of making a Dance group.

so Fun is in the eye of the beholder (better run before the beholder gets him out of there because it is gonna be mad).
but there was a few suggestion, and a few repeats from earlier posts
