Keyclone, Buffer Overrun

Been spending the better of the last 4 hours trying to find out why keyclone is broken.
I know about that search on the top right hand side ;-p

1.) Currently using latest build - check
2.) Delete ini file and remake settings -check
3.) Remove keyclone, redownload and reinstall -check
4.) Check all settings in regards to another post stating could be the region section is wrong -check

So far according to all the other posts, everyone has somehow fixed their problem but no one really stated what we all had in common that could make the fix perma for others.

Im all out of ideas, keyclone made wow fun again...now im bored without it.
I will say this keyclone worked fine untill I tried installing avg in which case screwed up my firefox3 and now keyclone...let it be known AVG has since left the building.

are you running xp or vista?
if vista, did you install it by right-click/run-as admin? if not, please delete the folder and try that
also if vista... you must run keyclone as admin... right-click/run-as-admin (again)
