Keyclone downloading and extracting issues

I just got a new computer with Vista and I am having a problem extracting Keyclone after i download it onto my machine. I have it on my old computer and don't remember anything special to extracting it. can anybody help with this? .

i also posted this issue in Software forum, but not sure where to post. ?(

Right click the icon and choose the option run as administrator.
