Tri boxing shaman looking for some setup tips

Hey guys, sorry to bug you with this as I know this or something similar must get asked 50 times a day, but I'm having some trouble with my setup. Could someone show me like an example setup for shaman multiboxing? There is no definitive guide for what macros I need. And I'm bad at macroing right now, I don't know all of operations, I guess?

I'm wondering like what macro do I use for heals? What do I do if I take big burst damage? What should my damage macros look like? How do I get a mouseover round robing healing macro to work?

Basically I guess what I'm asking for is someone to help me start out my setup with my shamans, they're level 10 now, and I realized I don't know how to heal them without them all healing at the same time. O_O

Also, throw me any links I should read or guides. I've read a lot of them but I might have missed some.

I've found multiboxing to be very challenging so far, but I like the challenge, I'm just kinda stuck right now. =/ lol

I'm just tri-boxing shaman's at the moment. just hit level 17 yesterday so not particularly high yet. As for Healing macros, I currently have keys bound to F1, F2, F3 for toon1, toon2, toon3 to heal their focus. This means I can have only one of the shamans healing one of the others. I also have Shift+1, Shift+2, Shift+3 to make all shaman's heal toon1, toon2, toon3 etc.

Attacking wise I use a simple /assist toon1 macro.

I'm sure healing will majorly change once chain heal arrives, so i'm sure someone else will be able to assist better than me.

My current best achievement would be managing to trio the first boss in RFC at lvl 16. I was quite happy with that (even if a Pat i'd missed did come and finish me off when he died. lol. ooom ftl)

Ah, thanks a lot guys. Honestly I don't know how I didn't find that one. O_o But I'll read all of that later and post again if I have any more trouble.
