To the OP:
It always varies per server. When I tried Horde I rolled on Mal’Ganis. A friend and I did. Took over a month to get from 58 to 60. Because EPL, WPL, Creator, etc all camped looking for horde to camp and kill, was awful. Due to the times I played I could never find groups. So spent most of my time hiding in caves and just grinding. You on the other hand can do instances.

The server I’m on now is starting to get pretty bad. Last night was the first time in a long time I didn’t get harassed in some way. Which was nice. I’ve often thought, man. I should give PVE servers a try. I think to myself I’m just getting tired of this and would rather just do my own thing and not be bothered. I’ve done this since release and I’m just kind of burnt out on the whole thing.

Then I realize there would be Gnomes skipping around gleefully and there would be nothing I could do about it. If I had to choose between the two I pick have the option of punting that gnome! Really I think if I did make the move I would be unhappy. The sense of danger would be removed and the grind would be just that. Last night I finished a few quests and got some outland gear. That in its self is an accomplishment because of the server I’m on. Put me on a PVE and that wouldn’t really hold much wealth.

What I’m trying to say is, you can appreciate things more sometimes on a PVP server. That and when the Xpac comes out you’ll be ready, most will be solo. You won’t. the tables will be even and at the very least you can take a truckload down with you.

I really look forward to the xpac, not for its new content (although that will be fun) but for all the people that will have to deal with me. No one will be questing in MY quest area. Like last night killing those darn Terror mobs in Hellfire, I had 2 alliance beat feet out of there from the sight of me; one took a volley for him to get his ass in gear and leave.
For some reason whenever you talk about stuff Bradster, my respect for you grows exponentially. What server are you on now? Debating doing a server switch :P
