This is what I use.

/stopcasting
/cast Judgement
/stopcasting
/cast Seal of Righteousness

Spam the above to attack and build more aggro.

#showtooltip
/cast [modifier:alt] Consecration(Rank 1); Consecration

Then I put holy shield on my attack button.. I am spamming that to attack so it hits holy shield whenever its up.
