keyclone issue

Wondering if I could get some assistance with keyclone.

I purchased the software and have it running, it's been working great btw!

When I close my wow sessions, I wait for all the instances to close and then I close keyclone.
This for some reason causes the machine to run really slow for about 30 seconds like it's at 100% cpu utilization or something.
After those 30 seconds, machine starts responding normal. When I go to shutdown machine, I get an end task option for keyclone because the process never stops running after closing keyclone.
So I've been killing the process manually when I want to close it to prevent all of these issues. Wondering if you've seen this before and if there is a fix.

I'm not sure what type of details I need to post here besides the problem, so let me know and I'll get them for you.
