Just starting PvP with my 3 Shaman

I have just started to PvP on my 3 Elemental Shaman. I am wearing the blue pvp set you get from being honored with all factions. I am HOOKED. I was using the Staff you get from the from The Ring of Blood Quest Line until I got the season 2 shield. WOAH.. shields make a HUGE difference fighting rogues and warriors. I bought a green weapon from the AH to go with it and I'm currently playing BGs getting honor to get my 1 hander caster weapon; Dagger or Mace. I have played against and with a few other 5 shaman boxers and really wants to make me level 2 more shaman I have the accounts already to do it, I started them before the RAF thing

I have a few questions:

1. I been playing 1 of each battleground getting marks and turning in the For Great Honor quest, making sure I have enough marks for my next piece of gear.
2. After the weapon, what gear should I go after?
3. I want to arena, but I only have 3 shaman. I want to play them all in the same arena so question is, 3v3 or 5v5. I thought about teaming up with another elemental shaman and a healer for 5v5. I will probably lose alot of matches to begin with, because of my gear. Should I wait until I am better geared for arena or play and get experience and have a low arena rating and farm arena points for S3 gear and better.
4. Should I close out my other 2 lowbie Shaman accounts and level 2 more Shaman with RAF? I could also level 2 more classes with it and use my hunter to boost them (I don't have a mage or prot pally Right now I have 8 level 70s over 3 accounts. 1st Account: (Full T6 holy priest, Shaman), 2nd Account: (Crappy Warrior, Shaman, 3rd Account: (Hunter, Warlock, Rogue, Warrior). My 4th account has a level 9 shaman. The 3rd account isn't in my name, so I don't multibox with it. Was thinking about level 4 more shaman (7 box FTW) or a prot pally and mage and 2 shaman. I think I can afford 2 more accounts.

i personally would get the shield after the weapon.. and after that just go with what is a good upgrade

I already have the Season 2 shield, getting then weapon and I think I'll replace my cloth pieces. After getting the shield. I love armor, especially against those pesky rogues and warriors.
