Not able to get Xkeys pro running

Hey, I got my X keys pro today. Just in time as my team hit 60 this morning, this will make my macros a bit easier to apply.
But I'm kinda stuck now. I can't seem to get it woriking.
After making a paper layout on what I would like to have as macro's, I tried to put them in xkeys.
so I switch the button on the right and gave for example button n1 "Ctrl Shift Y"

Just for testing it, ingame I made a macro "Ctrl Shift Y" and gave it a random totem.
When I press the button on Xkeys, the button seems to be pusht in wow but thats it, it stays pusht and nothing happens.
I tried another input in Xkey, "Ctrl Shift m" and gave that in game my mount.
Here the button doesnt even get pushed, nothing happens at all.
I know I'm doing something wrong, but what :S

I use bartender aswell. That is where I give the "Ctrl Shift Y" aswell and just put the totem in that place. It worked fine with my G15.

Which version of X-keys PS2 or USB. and what OS are you using...

well I've got a USB x key and I've got window XP running.

I do order it in USA while I live in Europe, hope thats not a problem. I has saved me alot of money...

Might want to try resetting the xkeys before you start programming it. Mine came with a few programmed with random keys. I'm not sure if this applies to the USB version, but you might give it a shot.

not sure in XP but in vista it's a rights issue that causes this...

Ok, so I will have a look how I reset X keys.
And how do I see about the right?

This makes me glad I'm getting the PS/2 version.

If you're still stuck, attempt to totally remove the program and then try reinstalling it (w/o the device connected). Restart the computer, then plug the device in. See how that goes.

I just found out that when I lets say make a word

azerty

and I open notebook and press my x keys

qwerty

So I guess, that he doesnt understand what I type, better it uses qwerty. Or whatever the US format is.

while we use azerty.

Is there anything I can do about that?
