The best way to deal with these people is to be very cute and nice to them in response, untill they get so pissed off that they do actually say something bad enough to get a time out from the gm's, then report them

Hell yea! I completely agree and do the same thing. I act nice to them and sometimes they either "act" nice back or just leave me alone. I must say that I love the random tells from people saying "by the way, I just reported you lololol". I just laugh and tell them I'm dying to chat with a GM. Despite the fact that I've been reported multiple times, I have yet to chat with a GM.
