Set up new account without RAF should I re-roll?

I apologise in advance if this seems a bit convoluted.

I was interested in 5 boxing and saw a post where you have your original account, 2 veteran accounts and 2 linked noob accounts through RAF.
I had my original account and set up my first veteran account for RAF but then got stuck, I hesitated on starting up any further trial accounts as I only had 2 product keys at the time. So I thought I would dabble at two-boxing it and see if I liked it first.

I set up the 2nd account and started a new character on my original account and a new character on the new account and tried a few combos out and I loved it.
Obviously i'm not getting tripple xp as I set up the second account normally (stupidly) as I was setting it up with the intention of 5 boxing and not 2 boxing which I will more than likely end up sticking with.

My combos are only level 5 or so so I don't mind rerolling the chars, but my problem is I only set-up the new account a few days ago and I'm afraid if I cancel the new account and do the refer a friend thingo, that I will get charged the full month for the new account and then a full month again on the refer a friend account.

Is there any way to retro-actively instigate the refer a friend bonuses if I accidentally set up a new account without any of the refer a friend details?

If I cancel the new account, can I use the product key from that on a new account through the refer a friend process?

No on both counts, I'm afraid. You need to make a new referral, and use a new key if you want the triple XP bonus.
