Okay I know that RAF stops working on trial once you reach level 20. My two characters are currently at 18 and one is still a trial (paid for but not validated yet, I hear that takes up to 24 hours because I paid online)
It takes upto 72hrs for the functionality of a full account to go into place (being able to invite people, trade etc) but leveling cap is lifted instantly even if upgrading via the online service so since you've allready paid online you have nothing to worry about as you can level past 20 the moment you upgraded.
