    Default Saving/transferring macros

Anyone know the location of saved macros? I'd like to be able to back themup after all the work done in setting them up. Alternatively I might wanna log in with a given character from a different machine/wowfolder and have the macros there (meaning I'd need to copy/paste the macros somewhere?)

Ideally I'd like to know the location for these in both the standard blizzard locations and (if anyone knows) the trinitybars (when you use button type of macro in trinity and paste the macros in there - I assume the location for storing the macro is different from blizz's) location??

    Thanks!

I don't have direct access to the folders but i believe it is

    Wow/WTF/Account/%AccountName%/macro_cache.wtf

    Something to those affects.

    look in your WTF file:

    WTF....account....server.....char

    look for the macros-local.txt??

need someone to verify though as i am at work.

that sounds more correct. I'm at work as well and can't verify.

I was having problems transferring trinity data between accounts.
    I dropped it..

This. When I go make new chars, I do:

    1) make new char, then quit wow.
    2) Go into new char's directory (as noted above).
    3) Delete all files.
    4) Go copy the SAME files from another char's directory and paste 'em into the new guy's dir.

This copies over your UI layouts, your macros and most everything. Unfortunately, it doesn't copy your "Show actionbars" settings from within the WoW options, or any account-wide mod settings (like for CTMod, etc.).
