i wish i had a SS of this stupid nub... he was going around IF asking people for 8g... i opened up trade and offered 100g in trade, but hten i told him that the game must be bugged or something because, "i keep clicking accept, but it wont trade >_>"
everytime i log on, he asks me for gold lol and i keep telling him, "i dont remember giving any gold to anyone".... it's so funny talking to this guy...
also, when he first asked me for money he was lvl 13, now he's 29 :thumbsup:

Me: No, I don't have any gold but I will give you something just as good as gold...
Begger: Umm ok.
Me: I'll give you 5 gold worth of buffs...
Me: /cast fort, /cast Renew, /cast Flash Heal..........
Me: Oops I appear to have "over buffed" you. Sorry I gave you 10 gold worth of buffs instead of 5 gold.
Begger: Errr ok
Me: Can you give me the 5 gold back please.
Begger: No
Me: But I over buffed you, you owe me 5 gold. Please give it to me.
Begger: [starts to run off - obviously to get away from the idiot buffing him]
Me: [follows... /wave /point]
Me: Hey, don't make me report you for scamming me out of 5 gold. You owe me 5 gold, I accidentally buffed you for more so now you owe me 5 gold in change.
Begger: Report me?
Me: Yes, I gave you 10 gold in buffs and you only wanted 5 gold. So now you owe me 5 gold. Don't make me report you for scamming me out of 5 gold.
Begger: [opens trade, puts in 5 gold, click Accept]
Me: [Jaw dropped, wtf... he just gave me 5 gold! click Accept]

Me: Ok, because I want you to get all the loot and the XP you have to run in and tag the mobs and then I have to kill it.

[Begger runs in to a mob - a few levels above him I migth add] - and then dies.
Begger: WTF?
Me: Damn, I'm still lagging. Let me rez you...[waits a minute] did you get the rez?
Begger: Nope. Must be lag
Me: Yeah sorry you might need to run back. [snicker]
Me: [after begger running back, /cast Heal]
Me: Ok, I think my lag has gone. I just cast a spell. Try again. This time only pull 1 mob at a time.
Begger: [runs in tags a mob, pulls 3-5 more because of level agro] - and then dies.
Me: [pissisng myself laughing] I was healing you but you're heal was not going up. Did you see that?
Begger: Ummm... yeah
Me: Let me try and rez again..[waits a minute] Don't tell me you don't get that rez either?
Begger: No!
Me: [after begger running back /cast Heal] Ok, let me pull the mobs now. you'll get less XP but at least you won't die. But you have to attack the mobs ok. Make sure you really go hard on the DPS
Begger: Ok
Me: [Rounds ups both a few rooms, runs back to where the begger is] /cast Fade!
Begger: [GETS 1 SHOTTED!]
Me: Damn, I hit the wrong key. Sorry about that. Let me try and rez you again.
Begger: [leaves the group!]

Don't get me wrong I don't mind giving gold, yesterday (or maybe the day before) I gave 1000 gold (one thousand) to a complete stranger. Though it wasn't a begger.
I ran into a new multiboxer on my server, Eonar US. lvl 30s 5x Alliance Shaman. After chatting for a few minutes he explained he had started new characters here and was starting over. So to help him out I gave him 1000 gold.
But when someone comes up to me and asks for 5-100 gold my immediate response is /ignore, well my polite response to to "NO!" and then /ignore. Often its not polite. I have the same reaction to someone asking me to "run them through Stocks / VC / [insert instance name here]". Guild members/friends are fine, but random strangers expecting you to wipe their nose and change their nappies are 1 step above gold spammers.

lol Fleecy that's the best story ever! Wonder if bubble hearth works. I know it does in PVP but in PVE it may still keep you in combat i'm not sure.
