Yes, I think I was going to talk to you more but you ran off

It's crazy that a member here ran into me already because my total play time out in the world is like probably 12 hours total to level 42 now!

It's not a big deal considering 59-60 at 300% xp is like 3-4 quest turn ins. Either way, it would take me just as long to get from 95% into 30 as it would 95% into 59.

Why would you want to gift a character from 1 to 60 anyway? You can get into the mid 20s in a couple of hours using the RAF XP bonus, it would be a crying shame to waste approx 25 gift levels on the bottom end of any new toon. As a bonus, your newly levelled 25 has 12 gift levels of it's own which, once you've gifted it to 60, it can bring a level 48 to 60 too.

A little forward planning in exactly how you grant those gift levels shows up some surprising possibilities. Levelling/boosting the easy part and then gifting up to 60 provides even more high level gifting. The Vet accounts can get a surprising number of 60s in short order.

My plan involves levelling 3 seperate quad teams to 60 (one is there already) and using cascading gift levels/low level boosting to raise a further 3 (or more) 60s on each of my vet accounts.

Why am I doing this? To be honest I have absolutely no idea, but I'm finding the questing up of quad teams amazing fun.
LOL, I'm doing the same thing and I don't have any idea where I'm going, either. I have two groups at 44 (Priests and Shamans) and plan to do Mages and Locks up to 60 as well. It's strangely fun. Not sure how I'll use my gift levels. Maybe I'll create a Druid or two.

I AoE grind all chars to lvl 31 before they get gifted lvls . 1-40 with a mage can be done in 6hours with 300% exp. It is quite possibly the best thing ever. Having lvl 40s who have never trained and still have the starting gear on = priceless.
