    Default Forced name change

Due to Siker looking too much like "Sikerim", some kind of Turkish offensive word, a forced name change was applied on my priest. Does anyone have any experience in reverting stuff like this? I mean, its like, everyone knows me as Siker, so renaming all of my chars kind of sucks...

You should have an e-mail sent to you by the GM who did the namechange. It should contain an e-mail address you can send to appeal the decision.

I can't recall the address off the top of my head, but if you can't find it just ask on the Customer Service Forums and they can provide you with the correct email to send to.

They havent send an email yet, altough I did send an email to appeal the decision. Kind of weird, since its about EU realms, and Turkey isnt fully part of the EU yet.

Bleh, screw blizzards service. I wouldnt care less if Blizzard exploded at this moment.

A nickname I've been using for more then 3 years in-game...

    Hello Thomas,

    Thank you for your mail.

Unfortunately the World of Warcraft EU labelled region (meaning Europe, not The European Union), covers from Iceland to Siberia, so we have many countries that are not EU member countries, but which still have support from in-game.

We will not be overturning the name on this occasion.

    Regards,
