I actually have 2 of these in my system at work. I don't have the opporotunity to dual-box much in my office, but i have done it multiple times..
I have run 5 easily (but then again i have 2).
I would say purchasing one would definitely help you out in the D-B(dual-boxing) world, but it also has to do with other devices on your computer, such as ram and processor speeds.
At home i have 2 computers... one of them gaming and the other is where i do allot of my "Buisness shit" (digital paperwork....).
my gaming comp haves a 3.2 amd dual core with dual geforce 9600gt's and 8 gigs of corsair ram. It runs like a dream and you can get the 9600's now for $100 bucks (which is a great price IMO).
see link for 9600gt - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150304
Anyway... to stop blabbering and get to the "my opinion" that you asked for... i would say go with the 9600 gt... i loved it when i bought the first one so much so i bought another for no reason really at all (except MORE POWER! muwahaha!)...
Its a money saver for you and you could get 2 for the price of one 9800 gtx.
