I really don't see how WOTLK will have any significant effect on the stock price of graphics chip makers. Sure it's a huge release, but everyone who's going to rush out and buy it is already playing and thus has a system that will run it. It's just not the type of title that lots of people are going to be upgrading to be able to play.
