    I hope the priest doesn't live through my 5x focused nuke long enough to get close...

    I don't play on a PVP server anymore though because I can't stand random ganking when I am in the mood to just quest in peace.

    That actually might be the best thing. The DK pulls you into the middle of there party you Thunder, which hopefully sends everyone in different direction, and hopefully one close to your team, and bam you have 1 dead person. Funny/studip thing is it the dk does it again lol.

    Actually a good combo would be dk and a rogue (or maybe to rogues). The DK pulls you in the rogue saps and all out dps on the pulled, then kidney shot for another couple seconds of lock down, then vanish, with another cheap shot and kidney shot. That would be like an instant kill for the other team. Take might be a good combo, maybe be better for 2v2 or 3v3 (dk and 2 rogues). lol would you could do is have a macro and call it scorpion, every time you do the pull him rotates between "Come here" and "Get over here"

    I have been talking to the only other boxer I know on my server and he is seriously considering retiring his 5-box team when WotLK hits. He is very concerned that Blizzard has listened to all the QQ on the WoW General Forums and decided to give many classes talents and upgrades that are made to counter multi-boxing and more specifically the 5-shaman team.

    Some examples he gave:

    Priest fears changed to horror effects (Tremor Totem will no longer provide immunity).

    Death Knight talent to grab a toon and pull them close from a long distance.

    Living Bomb for Mages to throw everyone into the air.

    Shaman talent that does the same thing.



    Anyway, does anyone else have an opinion on this? What would be effective counters to defeat these talents that seemed focused on breaking up and scattering a group?? Is anyone else retiring because of these changes?

    Would like to hear some more perspectives/ideas. thanks.
    Rumors says that blizzard release WOTLK just to counter mutliboxers!!!

    I was thinking about this too, likely, you will ahve DKs pulling you into a melee group to fk u up right? well when your shaman gets pulled into their group, walk past them a bit and send them hurtling towards your own team.

    Not only are they modifying these talents to counter us, they're also going to poison the DNS records of the entire internet and point any multi-boxing related blog or website to a site about The Bible.

    I hear they are going to make it when you add any 5 people to a group, it instantly kills all members and keeps killing them until you kick somebody.

    You do realize that deathgrip won't pull just one guy from your 5 man, right? There are going to be 823,234,123,532,234,123,643.883333 death knights rolled on the first day of expansion. For the next year, all 5 of your guys will be pulled at once.

    The good news is that the type of people who absolutely must have a death knight will likely pull your entire group into the same place, so it's a push.
