Default RaF and leveling 5 shamans - quickest route to 70?

Hello DB community, I'm new here. With RaF I decided to return to multi-boxing. (I had an all mage 3-box stint in the past but got bored of leveling)

I started 5 tauren shamans last night (I rolled on a low-pop realm for the 10-day trial, but I eventually plan to roll Mal'Ganis once I get things stable). I got to level 10 and headed to Barrens then logged.

    Initial things I noticed:

    1. Collection quests are a pain in the ass w/5 characters (especially ones that don't have 100% drop rate for quest item).
    2. Any quest that has objectives completed across all characters (e.g. slaying quests) are awesome.
    3. Quest XP is godly, killing stuff is fast.
    4. Not having money to train is a bit of a problem (I'm on a new realm with no mains, so no supply of gold).

My most important question: should a 5 boxer just skip all collection quests and stick with #2 type quests? (e.g. slaying quests, or very low-requirement 100% drop rate collection quests)

2nd thought: Or, should I skip all quests, and just grind mobs or farm instances? (I'm assuming an obvious resounding NO here, with 3x RaF quest XP).

    Starting Zones:

Mulgore and Barrens--too much running. My main is a Horde paladin, so I have experience with leveling through Ghostlands and Eversong Forest.. and it's obviously way faster to level there. Should I, as a tauren, make the trip to Eversong Belf starting area and start questing from there? (Ghostland and Eversong covers 1-20). The problem is, of course, as a shaman at some point I'd have to backtrack to do the quests for totems (Call of Fire/Air/etc.).

But with RaF, is it worth it as a non-Belf to go to the Belf zones and quest there till 20 or so?

Zones after level 20 / Joanas Leveling guide:

What's a good route to follow? My last couple characters I leveled (not multi-boxing) I used Joanas Leveling Guide. It's an excellent guide for quickest leveling through quests, and I definitely found it helpful on my mains. Would following this guide still work for multi-boxing?

    RaF summoning:

Any strategic way I should use the summons? I figure as a multi-boxer they're kind of useless though since we're always together.

    Add-Ons:

What are good multi-boxer add-ons for leveling (or any shaman specific ones)? I already have some in mind, I forgot their names, but I know there's add-ons to automatically vendor all your trash with a click of a button.. an add-on to automatically delete useless stuff upon auto-looting, etc. Are there quest mods that make keeping trach of objectives across party members easy? Any other good mods, or links to a page I could find such mods?

    Auto-Running bug (misc problem):

Sometimes my clones, while following me, would bug out and get stuck auto-running the direction they were facing. They wont stop until I switch to that PC (through Synergy) and manually make each client window stop running (usually by spamming WASD and jumping). I still have some troubleshooting about this, I'm not sure if it's because of Synergy, Keyclone, latency, or a mix of them all.

Thanks for reading and if you can take the time to add feedback. =)

The easiest way to make money on a new server as a low-level multiboxer is to charge for signing guild charters. So many people are desperate to get it filled out, they don't mind paying 1-5g per signature. Just drop the guild when it's created and get paid to join another. I did that quite a few times over the course of 1.5 hours and had 15-20g on all 5 characters at level 7. It works better on established servers that have a lot of gold floating around, but few low level characters available to sign charters.

As for the guides, you'll be so far ahead of them now with RAF you can pick and choose which quests to do. Avoid collection quests unless it's part of an essential quest chain. The quest XP bonus makes doing other quests worth it though. The guides tend to leave out instance quests and elite/group quests, but 5-boxers don't have a problem with those, so add them to your list if they can be completed easily.
    Ex-WoW 5-boxer.
    Currently playing:
    Akama [Empire of Orlando]
    Zandantilus - 85 Shaman, Teebow - 85 Paladin, Kodex - 85 Rogue.

Definitely going to 4-box Diablo 3 after testing the beta for how well this would work.
