Instance reset stopwatch mod?

Mainly for boosting.. but was curious if there was some sort of timer mod that kept track of instance resets per hour... idealy, balances out the longer than 12 min resets with the ones that are under 12 thus giving a true time before you can reset again without being locked out i guess i could write my own in autoit but just was wondering if there was soemthing out there idealy already as a mod before i reinvent the wheel.

I think the TradeCooldown thingy for FuBar does this. That would make it TradeCooldownFu or something I guess
