Hey, just read this and thought I would add an important note from the FAQ that most people seem to miss, dunno if it has been noted elsewhere, but better safe than sorry.

Can I save the "level-ups" I'm granted and use them at higher levels?
Yes. However, you will lose any unclaimed level-ups when you hit level 60, so don't save them for too long.
Basically, if you level to 60 you -cannot- grant levels. Meaning you only actually have from 0-59 (and thus have 1 less level to grant) I noticed this luckily when I was 57 on 2 raf characters.
FYI, this is false. You can give gift levels at 60, as I just did this today. I leveled a set to 60, then I leveled another set to 30 and instant leveled them all to 59.

i tried looking for an answer for this scenario, A recruited B, who recruited C
now as C lvls he gains level gifting, so typically C gift lvls B, now the gifted toon at account B, can it gift levels to account A?
as account B gained his levels from gift of account C

i just tested it, its working
    X5 shamans lvl 80
    X2 Paladins lvl 70,80
    Rogue lvl 78
    mage lvl 70
    druid lvl 80
    warrior lvl 80
    Priest lvl 77
