I started 7 days ago, I've got 4 shamans @ 40th without any help from my 70...(no help with xp, but gold for skills/gear). I'm not twinked, I geared up once @ 20th and once again last night when I hit 40th... I haven't had to do crappy quests, or stuff I don't want to, I just cherry pick the fun and easy quests and level about 1x per hour.
