I'm actually quite miffed about this whole fiasco also. I haven't been back home to the US for two years. Instead of picking a nice date like, oh i dunno, Christmas, to go home I scheduled my vacation around Blizzcon. I was on the website during the big rush to buy tickets and managed to make my blizzard payement account, but i didn't get to the purchase page.
