Take a look at the addon Bindpad if you are running out of macro space. It has a function (similar to Trinity Bars) that gives you a pretty large number of additional macro slots.

Bindpad is actively being developed and already has a beta for 3.0.

On a related note, I hope Maul turns up and fixes Trinity; I can't bear the thought of going to Domino or Bartender.
