Dwarf PRIESTS have a Fear Ward. Draenei PRIESTS also have a fear ward.

Either way, it's becoming irrelevant. Fear Ward will be nerfed in 2.3 and all priests will have it - Dwarves and Draenei will get a holy stun instead.

"Blood Elf who have the ability chain two second stuns."
It's actually a silence, not a stun.

You should also mention here that these class preferences are PvP influenced. I see little to no suggestions in that paragraph for preferred PvE racials. Simple solution: "Some consideration of racial abilities is warranted for PvP."

Naming
I've actually found, for PvP, that the identifying letter should happen near the END of your name.
Example: Xzin, Azin, Bzin etc
Enemy player can simply /target X and get Xzin

Alternate: Zinx, Zina, Zinb
Enemy player must type out the full name to get to the identifying letter. /target x does not work - they must type the full name. Works better when used with an excessively long and hard-to-type name.
Example: Foobarroflcoptera, Foobarroflcopterb, Foobarroflcopterc

See someone /target you now!

Anyway, that's all I have to nitpick over for now. If it weren't for that wowwiki page, I would've never made it to this site. So kudos to wowwiki and Xzin for writing it up. Bravo to cleaning it up.
Yeah, I actually thought about that. In retrospect that or the ililililiiliA name sequence would be IDEAL if you have EVERYTHING macroed. If you don't then it becomes a pain in the ass for YOU.

But yes, if you wanted to be TRULY AMAZING at PvP (by getting that extra last little edge out) then I would do iililililill (random combinations) then A-D,X at the end (or whatever).

Makes it harder to heal though without custom UI mods to parse the name and put it back at the front too.

But if you REALLY wanted to go all out - that is what I would do.
