Personal rating lagging behind

I have 5 shaman, but I only use 4 at a time in 5s. I always use the same 3 shaman, then rotate spots between my other two, so that they both get the points they need. All my shaman have identical gear, macros, and everything. However, I have one shaman that always loses! His personal rating is now more than 100 points below the team rating. My other four shaman should be getting helm next week, but this slacker hasn't even gotten his ring yet. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how to avoid it, or how to fix it when it does happen?

Uzq or Izq? Tell Ezq to stop stealing everything like he always does. Killing blow stealing Ezq!

In season 3 it was izq. Now it is uzq. Ezq is my only enchanter, so his gear is slightly better.

Yeah, this has happened to Xibitc this season a bit. He was 103 points back last night before a good 6 win streak catching him up a bit. Now that I've gotten the S4 pants I'm hoping to maintain a 1600+ rating 'till I can get the hats. I'm not too sure I'll be able to get to 1700 very easily this season with the wife not motivated to grind out honor for the BG gear, but it's fun anyway.

I'm wondering if the arena points we accumulate at 70 will be treated like honor is now so we can all hit 80 with 5k arena points banked and grind our rating to instantly buy some gear.
