2 monitors issues (click to focus, click broadcast, display#) ?

Hi,

My main screen is too small and I now use a second monitor; 3 odd things happened as a result:

a) I need to click in the alt windows now for them to get key focus I don't think I needed when all was in 1 monitor (or did I inadvertently changed some setting ? I do have "mouse follow focus" checked)

b) I was trying to get nvidia control panel to rotate my 1280x1024 to 1024x1280 (to test a 2 split there) and it refused but the next time I started keyclone its definition of which display was "1" and which was "2" got inverted. Anyway for keyclone to remember based on geometry ? (I had to manually edit the .ini to swap it all (changed 0->1 and 1->0 in one of the column at the end)

c) click broadcast doesn't click right anymore; I have my secondary screen divided in 4 and in the rare case I try to use click broadcast it doesn't at all click on the same region of the window

My screen layout in vista desktop mgr is something like

XXXX
XXXX
XXXXYYYYYY
.......YYYYYY
.......YYYYYY

Y is my primary screen 1440x900 and X is my secondary 1280x1024 (though as I said they somehow got swapped in keyclone at some point)

if you change your screen setup (either resolution, orientation, or display names)... you will want to exit and restart keyclone as it only reads the display information at startup

I rebooted several times and had the same problems

at this point I don't mind the display1/display2 switch, but the click to focus and click broadcast issues are a bit painful; any idea?
