Boosting w/ RAF

First off, my apologies at yet another RAF thread...I scanned as many threads as I could but still did not find an answer...

Suppose I have Account A (w/ Lvl 70) linked / recruited to Account B (lvl 1 boostee) and ...

Account B linked / recruited Account C (lvl 1 boostee) ....

If I start doing instance runs with all 3 in a group, will the 2 lower levels gain the 3x XP?

I know it states that if a 70 unlinked is in a group two linked characters they will receive the boosted XP but I have not seen anything regarding the case I described above. I guess the boosted XP would be gone from Account A and B... but because B and C are linked and unlinked with A it would still receive the 3x boost hence giving the boosted xp to both B and C?

Here is my setup:

#1 (Vet) Lowbie
#2 (Link to #1) lowbie
#3 (Link to #1) 70 Mage I transferred for boosting.
#4 (Vet) lowbie
#5 (Link to #4) lowbie

In this setup I am getting:

#1 no bonus XP
#2 bonus XP
#3 No XP of course
#4 bonus XP
#5 bonus XP.

The moral of the story is make sure your 70 that is boosting is in no way related to the other accounts. I am cheating my #1 account out of bonus XP though #2 is getting RAF XP.

Oh one other thing if you are going to turn in quest be sure to drop your 70 out of party with the lowbies so they get the RAF bonus as well.

So if I'm reading that correctly... in my case, even though B recruits C.... when A (lvl 70), B, and C are in a group, B will not receive XP because the A-B link trumps the B-C link?

Actually no. If you have this setup:

A) Vet with 70
B) RAF
C) RAF

None will get RAF Kill Bonus nor Quest Turn in bonus.

If you had
A) Vet (Lowbie)
B) RAF (Lowbie)
C) RAF (with transferred 70) such as I have then:

A) gets no Bonus (except XP bonus when you drop the 70 out of party), B) Gets XP bonus and Quest Bonus .

Wait I may have misread your question.

If your set is like this:

A) Standalone with no links with a 70 to boost
B) Vet
C) RAF of B

then You will get XP Bonus for your B/C as long as they are in no way linked with the account that the 70 boosting is part of.

I know standalone B and C would get the boosted XP if A was entirely independent. My question is does the B account get 3x XP if all 3 accounts are grouped (I know C will since its independent from A)?

The reasoning behind my question is that I have accounts A and B already, but to get an account entirely independent for my lvl 70, would involve getting another account and transferring, or waiting till the 90 days is up on the A-B link then referring C with the B account..

A B & C would get 3x xp if they are all the same level (and below level 60), If B & C are grouped they will get 3x xp (per the stated conditions), if A & B are grouped they will get 3x xp, if A & C are grouped niether gets 3x xp.

That being said, I have a group of linked characters that are not the same level (1-3 level difference) that are still getting the boosted xp regardless.

I have also compelted quests and got 3x xp when my linked character was not on the quest (but in the party).

I wouldn't do it this way if you are planning on using Account A to boost B & C. The reason being is that being level 70 on A would keep you from getting RAF on B&C.

Pretty much if you want to boost with your 70 you would need to get account B and RAF C and have both independent from A.
