Default Boosting with a 70 Warrior? Need some tips..

Okay, so I have currently boosted a Hunter + Pally to 37 in SM with my warrior.

My question is, should I go for prot to boost my boxes, or keep with my arena build (which is how I've done it so far) and not bother?

Also, does anyone have any tips on good macros to use so that my pally can heal / assist my hunter as I fight?

    Thanks

Look up the arms/fury hybrid. You'll get mortal strike and a little bit of flurry. Sword spec is probably best, but go with the best weapon you have.

I've found that not using cleave actually speeds things up. Each cleave means burning rage instead of getting it back. Not using it means I can use MS and WW every time they come up, immediately. I can throw a hamstring on each one I'm fighting...chasing wanderers means not facing the group.

You should be able to do up through SM Cath pulling large amounts. You can still decent sized groups in ZF (leave your pvp trinket on against hunters, they hex you and switch targets). LBRS is particularly nice if you have just a bit of healing. Everything comes packaged in 4-5 mobs at a time, lots are casters you'll tear through.

If you have a play along, you should be able to do all the heals you need up through ramparts at least if you have pvp gear.

I suggest you invite someone else into the group so that your paly and hunter can follow them, then you can concentrate on tearing through things. Your guys also won't pull agro as they'll be far back. I typically invite an extra person to the group, make them master looter and tell them what I'm looking for.

I boosted my shaman team from 20-40 in SM with my warrior. What I did was a hybrid or arms and fury. I think the key is to have piercing howl so you can get some distance b/w you and the mobs. I think generally what I did was run around in DPS gear but wearing the sporeguard shield with a spike on it. It was kind of a pain in the butt and took a while to kill all the mobs but it worked out. I think I also made macros like "/tar healer" to try and knock out the healers first.

I would run around and try to pull the bottom area of Cath then try to pull the whole top part. Once I cleared that I would go toss something at the boss and pull the whole inside of the Cath. Now that I think of it I always had the trinket that heals you when you block on (comes from last boss in Shattered Halls). You have to realize that warriors are not good at aoe but they can do it with some help from the sporeguard shield and a spike. I ended up getting 5 or 6 of these shields so I could do more runs without having to go repair.

It is possible. It gets slow but you can do it.
