    Default Completely Clueless...

Hello everyone, I don't have much time to read through the whole forum as I am now on my way to buy a second WoW account before the day ends

At the moment, I have 3 70s ( Druid, Mage and Priest) and with the latest Recruit a Friend offer, I have decided to finally take up Multiboxing (which I have been considering for a while)

I only plan to multibox 2 characters ( I'm guessing shamans, for obvious reason, despite being FOTM :S ) on 1 PC, to keep the price pretty cheap.

But the problem is that I have NO idea on what to do

On other forums people would say to go to www.dual-boxing.com for all the info but I can't seem to find any straight off :S

Could anyone point out a guide to me explaining things to a clueless newcomer?

I'll check back here in 10min, when I have my second account

    http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki

There's the wiki, that's your best starting point, plenty to read there.

Also you'll pick up a lot of the information that you couldn't have known you'd need just by reading through threads. Well worth getting a cuppa and browsing through the newcomers forum with your bookmark shortcut ready

That should keep you busy for a while!
    Level 80 - Strokemagnet (F Druid) / Stoatcakes (H Druid) / Awesomehorse - Cautionhorse - Portionhorse (Warlocks)

Level 60 - Elvisparsley (DK) / Chiveaid (Priest) / Chilliocean - Hammerthyme - Rickhashtley (DKs)

But also check the wiki if you don't want to go the keyclone route.

Look, it's always nice to welcome another multi-boxer into the fold, but you couldn't find any information here? Are you kidding me?

Howdy Genisis and welcome to the forums!

if you have any questions on setting up and how to do the basics (and beyond), feel free to drop-me a note and i'll see what i can do for you. i also normally do 1 or 2 vent chats a night to help people set up (the gabbing back and forth takes about 30 minutes... longer if we get chatting).

if you would like to do a vent chat, drop me a pm and we'll arrange a time.

good luck and welcome to the addiction!

Howdy and welcome to the mix! Definitely take time to browse through the wiki. It may be overwhelming initially, but it will take some invested time. To this day, i still spend at least an hour a day combing through posts.

Another tip, if you find a thread you like. Add it to your favorites. Even if I know what the thread is about, there are times where I can't find the one I had in mind specifically. Add it to your favorites and it will always be there.
