Help against aoe

Have just hit 41 on my paly/shammy team. While doing Sm cath, the mages in there are ripping me up with arcane explosions. Whats the best way to handle them ?

Currently I have team shammy standing back till i get agro then c/lightning, then they run in and frost shock, but usually the mage still isnt dead. Is there a better way ?

Try spreading your team out on those pulls. Use nova totems when something is on top of you like that. Refresh lightning shields.

The Wizards. If you notice, they will only AOE once there is more than 1 player within proximity. You will simply need to keep the rest of your team away from them, and spam those lighning bolts until its dead.
